Counseling

Counseling

The purpose of mental health therapy is to provide individuals with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It helps people work through life’s challenges, better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience during difficult times. Therapy also encourages healing, strengthens emotional well-being, improves relationships, and empowers individuals to move forward with greater confidence, self-awareness, and hope.

  • It provides emotional, psychological, and interpersonal support during challenging times.

Our Area of Specialty

Forensic therapy is counseling or mental health treatment connected to the law. It helps people involved in family court matters manage their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. For example, a forensic therapist might work with a family transition to two homes, coparenting parents, or a child or children. Often court-appointed, our therapists strive to assist families in transition.
