His work product is usually protected from discovery, which makes him perfect for handling sensitive case analysis and formulation with a focus on child-centered strategy and sustainable outcomes. This role encompasses preparing testifying experts for impactful testimony or for crafting depositions and cross-examinations of the work conducted by other mental health professionals, including testifying experts.  This service is only to attorneys representing litigants in a case, and not to pro se parties or attorneys representing themselves.
